Carbine Skill Development for the Armed Citizen and Armed Professional
This two day Carbine Skill Development training is designed to improve and build upon the skill sets required to efficiently and effectively employ the carbine or patrol rifle. The student will gain confidence in both their operation of the carbine as well as in their accountability of their shot placement.
Class will focus on professional and home/personal defense type ready positions for getting to the target efficiently, quickly and accurately. Useful alternative positions will also be discussed, taught and practiced.
Tuning reloading mechanics efficiency for immediate recovery, target discretion and accurate round placement will be incorporated throughout the training experience.
Instruction is designed to promote each individual student’s learning and focus for a high level of target discretion, shot placement, accuracy and maintenance of accountability.
All targets will be continually scored to provide students with immediate and continual feedback.
Students will experience individualized assessments, feedback and coaching. Class size is limited.
This training is suitable for all student capabilities that are at or beyond the base level (base competency of operation and safety are a prerequisite). Higher level students attending will gain greater refinement, efficiency and be pushed to their potential.
All Students must already understand and practice firearm(s) safety and the base working mechanics of their firearm(s) safe operation and use.
Note: This is NOT a beginning to learn to handle a firearm and shoot class.
